Growing up outside of Cleveland, Ohio my career began as a Groom- Work Rider in Show Jumping. Devoting twenty years traveling with top horses and riders, it was a thrill to be part of numerous victories all over the world.  That extensive experience gave me a great education in true horsemanship, anatomy, soundness & the aptitude of the Equine Athlete.

Building a sincere relationship with long-time client Elisabeth Alexander while managing her Racing Stable, I have learned the importance of communication, team strategy, and designing programs for each horse as they mature.  An understanding of cost, opportunity, risk and potential have built the way for success in both winning and finding profit. Attending The Dubai World Cup with the Alexander family to watch Magna Graduate, a horse that I picked out for them almost win was exhilarating and an experience that will be cherished forever.

Being instrumental assisting clients with obtaining horses privately and at Public Auction has led to unbelievable success.  My system in choosing young athletes is based on a substantial amount of time committed to the study of pedigrees and conformation. In almost two decades of purchasing a limited number of yearlings at median prices, with the faith and support of my clients, we have attained a Breeders’ Cup winner, several starters in The Kentucky Derby and the Oaks, numerous Breeders’ Cup participants, and the majority of the Highest Awarded Racing in North America.
